Just in time for going on holiday we’re giving all Zing members £500 (or equivalent in other currencies) of fee-free currency conversion each calendar month until 30 December 2024.1
Our data suggests that based on average monthly conversion amounts, most members will pay no currency conversion fees to the end of this year thanks to this offer.
Because Zing uses the Visa exchange rate with no hidden fees, and we charge no transaction fees to send currency (locally or internationally) up to £500 or equivalent currency each month can be sent overseas while paying only the real-time Visa exchange rate. Our market leading offers, rates, and fees don’t change depending on the day of the week, either.

The £500 fee-free currency conversion offer is available from 15:00 BST on 20th June 2024. For the remainder of June 2024 no FX fees will be charged to the total transaction value of £500. The offer is available until 09:00 GMT on 30th December 2024.
For all Zing Members, we will charge no FX fees on currency conversions that would otherwise apply to Qualifying Transactions, up to a total transaction value of £500 each calendar month, or equivalent in other currencies.
FX fees are any fee that Zing charges for currency conversion, as displayed in the fee breakdown screen that can be viewed before a transaction is made in-app, or displayed in the Currency Calculator on the Zing website.
Qualifying Transactions are:
transfers made from your Zing account to another Zing Member in a different currency or to other accounts held with third party institutions;
conversions made between different currency wallets within your Zing account;
payments made using your Zing Card (either physical or virtual); and
withdrawals at ATMs made using your Zing Card.
